Good News!

The landlord for the house we applied to has called all three of our references (old landlord and two personal). He told one of them that we seem like the kind of family we would like to rent to, and told another that he had a very nice conversation with us and that we seemed like we would be good tenants.

Let me tell you about the house:

• 4 bedrooms (!!)
• Finished basement with a huge rec-room. The basement has a separate entrance, so we could use it as anything.
• Huge fenced in back yard that he doesn't mind if we garden in.
• Garage that we can use our garage door opener in.
• A 3 minute walk from the Community Center.
  
• Across the street from an elementary school, so there are play structures for when the girls visit and fields for the boys to play ball in.
  

So keep your fingers crossed!
